ThoughtWise LLC. is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Psychologist Assistant to add to our team. Our main office is in Remington Green Circle in Northeast Tallahassee. Hours of work are flexible and pay based on experience. We work with some insurances and we are contracted with several state and private agencies. The best candidate is dependable, autonomous, and enjoys taking on challenges. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with little direction, focuses on the details, and is comfortable working in a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
Day Shift, 8:00AM – 4:00PM EST [Flexible 20 hours a week]

• Experience administering and scoring psychological and neuropsychological tests • Psychological assessment report writing a plus • Private practice patient scheduling • Health Insurance verification a plus • Filing and answering phone calls in a private practice setting • Customer service • Marketing experience a plus

Communication skills: You must have excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Writing skills: You must have excellent writing skills.
Patience: This is essential when administering psychological and neuropsychological tests.
Trustworthiness: You are expected to keep patient information confidential.
Empathy: You must have the ability to understand and identify with another person’s experiences.
Critical thinking skills: You must have strong critical thinking skills to administer tests properly.
